In day to day operations, it will be run by the Executive Committee headed by the President, which will include the Vice Prisident, General Secretary & Director (Fin). All members of the Executive Committee will work purely on voluntary and honorary basis. As they are all busy persons, most of the time, the President will remain in touch with them through electronic means; physically meetings will take place only on issues that can't be addressed through electronic consultations & discussions.

It won't duplicate what is done by the trade Promotion Organizations such as FICCI, CII, ASSOCHAM & PHD Chamber of Commerce. It also won't attempt what is pursued by the Govts in the two countries through Official channels and other organizations Such as India-US Business Council.
